Information you give us

Both forms on this website collect information directly from you, and each one only asks for what it needs to do its job.

• The estimate form, which appears on the homepage, on the contact page, and at the close of every service and location page, collects your name, phone number, email address, street address or city, the type of project, a budget range you select from a list, a description of your project, and your preferred way for us to reach you.
• The review form, on our reviews page, collects your name, email address, the text of your review, and whether you give us permission to publish it.
• Both forms also run automated checks that filter out spam submissions before they reach us.

Information that comes with your visit

When you visit this website, we note a few details that come along with you: the campaign tag on the link you clicked, the website that referred you here, the first page you landed on, and the page you were on when you submitted a form. If you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram link, we also note the click identifier from that link. We use this to see which of our advertising is working.

Our hosting provider also processes ordinary request information in order to serve this website and protect it from abuse.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses two mechanisms to remember your visit. One is a small amount of information kept in your browser only for the length of your visit: it holds the campaign tag, the referring site, and the page you first landed on, and it clears when you close the tab. The other is a cookie named _fbc, which this site sets itself, only when you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram link, storing the click identifier from that link for about two years.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so will not stop you from using this website or submitting a form.

How we use this information

We use what you send us for two things: to respond to your request and prepare your estimate, and to measure and improve our own advertising so we can tell which campaigns are actually working. We do not use it to build a mailing list. There is no mailing list on this site, and we do not send marketing emails or newsletters.

Who we share it with

Two outside companies help us handle what you send us. Resend, an email delivery service, carries your form submission to our inbox so we can see it and respond to you. Cloudflare, the company that hosts this website, also stores the record of your submission and keeps this site running and secure.

We may also share your information if we are required to by law, for example in response to a valid legal request.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your information. We never have, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks looking to buy customer lists. What you send us stays with us.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send us as a business record for as long as we need it to respond to you, complete your project, and keep our own records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will. There is no set expiration date on your submission, only your request and our need to hold onto it.

Seeing, correcting, or deleting your information

If you want to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you, call us or use the form on our contact page. Tell us what you would like us to do, and we will take care of it.

We may ask you to confirm a detail from your original request first, so we know we are giving the right information to the right person.

Children

This website is meant for homeowners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us something, call us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We update this page whenever what we actually do changes. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version, and the version you are reading now is always the one currently in effect.
