There is no cost and no obligation to move forward. We do not promise a specific turnaround, but reaching out is always the first step.

We handle the full permitting process for you. Requirements vary by project and by jurisdiction, but as one example, the City of Manhattan requires a permit for a new deck, or for replacing an existing deck, when it sits more than 30 inches above the ground.
